Refund & Cancellation

Trials, cancellation, refunds and the right of withdrawal

Who you are buying from

Paid subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as Merchant of Record. They are the seller of record and handle billing, taxes, invoices, refunds and chargebacks under their buyer terms. Refund requests are processed through them; we can help you initiate one.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required and nothing is charged during it. The trial never converts on its own: when it ends, your workspace becomes read-only and waits until you choose a plan. Your data stays exactly where it is.

Paying, and cancelling

Choosing a plan is a deliberate step you take yourself, and the charge is taken at that moment, not later. The amount and the date are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.

You can cancel at any time - cancellation is self-serve inside the app (Settings → Account → Manage billing), which opens your billing portal. Cancelling is at least as easy as subscribing; no phone call or email is required.

Refunds

Because subscriptions renew before each period, and because you can cancel any time to prevent the next charge, we generally do not refund amounts already billed for a started period - except where the law requires it or where Paddle.com Market Ltd grants a refund under their buyer terms. If something went wrong, contact us (see the Imprint) and we will help.

EU right of withdrawal (Widerruf)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services.

Consent to immediate performance

For a digital service like this workspace, you expressly consent - when you start your subscription and gain access - to us beginning performance immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356 (4) BGB). During the free trial no payment is due, so there is nothing to refund on withdrawal; once a paid period is charged, the waiver above applies. This does not remove any statutory right that cannot be waived.

Chargebacks & disputes

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Please contact us first - most issues are resolved faster directly.
